Nature of the Service

This is a private reference service, not a government office or private investigation firm. It stores no official booking or court records and cannot confirm custody, release a person, post bond, or file a request for a visitor.

Pages point toward Benton County jail and arrest-record resources, Arkansas courts and corrections sources, and selected outside research tools. The originating agency remains responsible for the official record.

Acceptable Use Rules

Access is permitted only under these limits:

• Do not violate a law while using the site.
• Do not stalk, harass, threaten, or harm another person.
• Do not use information for a hiring, housing, lending, credit, or insurance decision.
• Do not try to enter accounts, servers, or systems without authorization.
• Do not operate bots, scrapers, or automated collection tools.
• Do not interfere with the service or another visitor's access.

FCRA Use Is Prohibited

This site is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. It offers no background check, credit report, consumer report, or screening service, and neither do its advertising partners through this site. You agree not to use any information for:

• hiring, firing, or another employment decision;
• tenant selection or any housing decision;
• creditworthiness, lending, or insurance pricing;
• licenses, permits, or government-program eligibility; or
• any other purpose regulated by the FCRA.

External Services and Links

Links may point to jail rosters, booking channels, sheriff and corrections sites, government portals, legal-aid material, news outlets, or outside search tools. A link is not an endorsement. We are not responsible for a destination's content, uptime, privacy practices, prices, or terms, which should be reviewed separately.

Service Provided As Is

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without express or implied warranties. We do not guarantee:

• accuracy, completeness, or current information;
• continuous or uninterrupted access;
• an absence of errors, defects, or security weaknesses; or
• complete or useful results from a partner tool.

Custody and public records can change at any time. Nothing on the site is an official statement from the Benton County Sheriff's Office or another government agency.

Limits on Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by Arkansas law, the site and its owners, operators, and partners are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from access, use, inability to use, or reliance on the service.

Your Duty to Indemnify

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold the site and its operators harmless from claims, losses, costs, liabilities, and reasonable legal fees caused by your use of the service or your breach of these terms.

Ownership of Site Material

Original text, graphics, logos, layout, and code belong to Benton County Busted Mugshots or its content partners. They may not be copied, modified, distributed, or republished without written permission, except as the law independently permits.

Changes Take Effect on Posting

These terms may be changed at any time. A revised version becomes effective when posted, and continued use after that point means acceptance of the revised terms.

Access May Be Revoked

We may limit, suspend, or end access at any time, for any lawful reason, and without advance notice.

Arkansas Law Controls

Arkansas law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute must be brought in a court with proper jurisdiction in Arkansas.

Remaining Terms Stay Effective

If a court finds one provision invalid or unenforceable, the other provisions remain in effect. The affected provision will be adjusted only to the extent required to make it enforceable.
